Should I send mine in if I’m not due for renewal until summer of 2019? Or when should I submit?

mine expired in October. Sent renewal mid march. Just got the updated notification.

Frankly, with the 7-state lawsuit pending, I am not mad I am losing out on 5 months. If that judge orders a halt to renewals at any time I could not have renewed at all.

We have approved your Form I-765! my work permit is being produced.

It took close to a month for them to receive my package/biometrics appoint & approval was a week to 2 weeks after my finger prints.

Hey guys so I sent my application on July 21... and I did my bios on Momday August 6.. and today I open the mail to find my 821d approval notice.. Too Fast!? No EAD card just the letter.. I expire 11/16/18.

What if my DACA expired while USCIS was processing my application? If I get approved, Would I have incurred unlawful presence? Or will they put the date I sent my application or the day i was approved?

Hi all, anyone still getting approved? I’ve been doing my renewals myself and it always takes about 3 months, this time I applied, 10 months before expiring and my application is still actively being reviewed. I expire March 2019 but I’m freaking out because I don’t want to expire. Anyone getting approved lately?

I wonder if anybody has done renewals at this time? I'm thinking I should do mine but with all this going on I don't know if I still can. Has anybody send renewal applications lately?
