We should get a collection of stories. A bunch of essays, but find a way to make it diverse, with different styles of writing, different things discussed, such as daily life, etc...

But if this is to be important it had to be sponsored or promoted by something important. I just don't know how we would do that. Maybe get local big news paper articles, idk...

I know underground undergrads made out, but I mean something bigger, with more than 8 stories too, maybe a foreword by a senator or someone from college board...

Idk if I'm dreaming too much, but maybe we'll stop being invisible and kids might read about us one day in school haha.

This is a great idea. My sister works for PBS, so she could probably pitch them the story to showcase this. It could start locally, then expand. One of my high school teachers is also now a pretty famous author, she might have some sort of connections. Just some ideas.

Like Upton Sinclair's The Jungle, revealing the mysteries of the meatpacking industry..... hahaha. Joking, but still... do you guys think having such a book on the news and actually being read is too much of a dream?

I Think some people at UCLA did something similar to that. but something on a larger scale with a big or somewhat big publisher wouldn't be a bad idea.
