Anyone ever heard of this? Apparently Bush signed it into law in 2002. It allows children who "aged out" of their parents immigration process to receive the benefits if the delay was caused by the USCIS or the State Department.

Just wanted to put it out there in case it could help anyone. The immigration lawyer I spoke to had never even heard of it before.
