age limit of 30

I have been searching the thread for an answer to the age limit and I cannot find any new info. That age limit of 30 is still on I know but is there any talk of getting rid of it? I turn 30 on the first week of september so I ask. If I annoyed anyone with this question I am really sorry.

I'm pretty sure that with a Democratic-controlled congress some of the sketchy requirements will be removed.

One of durbin's aides told me the same thing last time i chatted with her. She said some of the restrictions they put in the last bill wouldn't be necessary because of the expanded democratic control.
