Members who voted yea but are now gone ( 8 ):

Biden (D-DE)

Members who didn't vote, but would vote yea this time around (15):

If anyone confirms the support of anyone on this list please let me know so I can put them in bold. I'm specifically interested in those senators who weren't present last time. Thanks.

That should be great news since we'd only need to convince one of these Democrats:

Mark Pryor
Byron Dorgan
Robert Byrd
Jon Tester
Mary Landrieu
Max Baucus
Kent Conrad
Claire McCaskill

Or one of these Republicans:

Arlen Specter
John McCain
Lindsay Graham

If Franken can be seated by the time the D.A is brought to the floor and McCain
can be a "maverick" once again and somehow another democrat gets on board the DREAM Act should pass. at least that's what i think.

John McCain will vote on our side. I'm confident about this.

HURRAY! I just called (free: 1-800-828-0498 congressional switchboard) for the first time and it wasn't scary at all! I asked to talk to senator Bennet (I'm in Utah) and got in contact with his office. I asked that he support the Dream Act and they asked for my zipcode and that was it! I will keep calling my senators for sure, the only downside is that they all already voted yes on the Dream Act.

In my opinion Arlen Specter would vote for DA. He is pretty liberal when comes to immigration.

If he voted against it last time, why would he vote for it this time when he is up for re-election and has a very tough primary ahead of him?
