Obama will speak on immigration in MAY?

I've been hearing May will be the month Mr. President will speak on immigration. I was just wondering when in May, and what exactly he will be speaking about. I've read he will introduce something to media/public so that something can be prepared for congress during summer! not quite sure, anyone have any INFO?

I heard in CNN that it would be towards the end of april not may, but who knows.

It will be a bipartisan summit like his health care summit a few months back.

well lets hope he uses the same rhetoric style he used during his campaign to convince people that immigration can be fixed
