I have a positive attitude about something happening to status of the Dream Act. And I have to keep up with my plans. Ok, so I'm a junior and after the next school year I'll be attending to college. And whatever happens, NO ONE WILL BEAT ME DOWN!! I'll do it, with papers or no paper, this S&*T is MINE!!!!!!!!

Anyhow. I wanna go to a place with a decent education, and somewhere to like start a life all over again. I wanted to move to Cali or NY... but I'm not sure, . Is it really that expensive to live there? I live in Kansas, but IDK, I need to get out of here before I get crazier. I wanna go to a place with at least a good metro system. I want a place with a lot of people... that's just me.

Anyway, what places do you recommend? I just want a large, bearable place with lots of things to do. Kansas is field with fields and Kansas City...hmmnn... I think I'm ready to move on lol.

Grass always seem to be greener on the other side. But shit is same everywhere, to be honest. I'd love to live in countryside/suburbs if I have the chance. Big city=suffocation. I guess you only realise this once you seen it yourself.

Also, if you moved to NYC or LA now, you wouldn't get in-state tuition anywhere.

^ But then again he'd have to pay out of state tuiton, which to my understanding is a lot!. with that money he could be attending a decent university in his state. (assuming they give instate tuition to illegals). But its good that you're not giving up and have decided to attend college. Its the best decision you have made trust me.

ab540???? what is that.... yeah, I mean dude, here in my state without a car you are FUDGED!!!! seriously... and plus I don't want to deal with a car yet (and I can't afford it anyways lol ) It doesn't mean I'll go rt to the city.. probably around there... Oh, yes... the side looks greener on other side.... But here its just grass, nothing else, while I see so many other things in a city... ( go to a park, or just see people walking..c'mon, Kansas is so boring, people barely walk outside anywhere... Downtown is dead, and you can't even see hobos... its that bad. )

You should move to where a college will give you a scholarship. Keep your grades up and apply to many schools and hopefully one will come through and make your DREAMs of college come true.

Edit: you get in-state in KS, stay put, move to Topeka or something instead.
