first of all. thank you for everything you guys are doing to help pass this bill. you guys are all my heroes.

ok i have 2 questions with regards to this.

1) what if i entered the community college im currently at during HS (for football, we got PE credits) and i needed to enter a social and im still under that social security number. does that void my eligibility for the Dream Act? what should i do?

and #2

2) i currently am employed with same SSD. But i do pay taxes and have been paying taxes since i started working fulltime by using my ITIN.

i read about being inegible under the good moral character part and my stomach dropped. thanks for all your answers. i appreciate them.

Yeah, I think that's implied.
Either way, don't take my word for it but using someone else's number is not good. If it wasn't assigned to you it's very probable that it belongs to someone else and you could get in trouble for identity theft. Anyway, this is just stuff I've heard on the forums, the best way to be sure would be to ask a lawyer.

I too am a little confused about what you are stating here... So is your SSD really yours, used someone elses, or one of those generated numbers the school gave you? When I took classes at community college as a high school student, administration just gave me random student ID # to put into Social Security number slot instead... Are you talking about one of those numbers?

sorry i havent been able to sign on. uhm, yeah pretty much its a made up number. I applied to the community college i am at now while i was in high school. Our football coach wanted us to earn P.E. credits for playing football. At first, i left it blank(i didnt tell him the truth). But then he said if we didnt turn in the SS before the deadline(there was 4 of us), we would get punished as a team. I was 15 i think, and i really wanted to play, so i just filled it out.

since i played football until my senior year, my status at the college was always "active". So when i signed up for the fall after i graduated, i didnt have to fill out an application or anything bc my status was still as an active student at my community college. im still at this college. pretty close to ending my radiation technologist program.

thats pretty much my problem.

thank you for reading this.

Apparently he used a fake SS in College, just to play for the Football Team.
