When I was little some Canadian...representatives? I'm not sure what they were. But they came to Peru basically asking for people to come live in Canada, with full resident visas ready and everything, and would help them get settled. Seems pretty friendly to me. I don't know if they do that anymore.

I definitely do not agree with this graph as a whole since Switzerland has some anti-immigrant political groups & laws.

If there were any countries that definitely should be on that list is New Zealand,Canada & Australia.The first one being dubbed the most peaceful country in the world.Not to highjack this thread or anything,but I find it amazing China is considered more peaceful than the US.
