So last year my parents applied to get sponsored for a work permit by a friend with a company, we kinda knew it wouldn't amount to anything, but he would be able to get a DL quickly, so he took the risk. Yesterday, they got removal proceeding letters from immigration. We have a good lawyer and everything but i would like to know if anyone here knows if there is anything they can do to delay this.
