Its not as ez 2 get an DL in Hawaii

I live in Hawaii... so you can guess I was pretty HYPED that my state gives DL's to Undocumented Immigrants... so I did some googling & I found out you need a proof of identity (my passport) annnnd a International Driver's Permit- So I checked out what I need to get a IDP.. & this is the funny shizz... you need 2 Passport photos annnnnnd a US driver's license! Crap! another twist in my twisted life! LoL (check out "my story" thread)

IDK.. but it seems you guys have it easier in obtaining a Driver's License... how did you guys get yours? Any help will be appreciated.

P.S.- I've read every thread concerning this topic-- no help

Do you know other undocumented that got their Driver's License? If you do, why don't you ask them how they got their license? sometimes the internet gives irrelevant information. There is a probably another way around to get a drivers license in Hawaii. and i dont know why they ask you for a US driver's license. As far as I remember my dad got his international driver's license without having a US license.. hmm
