This is an interesting article i found on univision.com
http://www.univision.com/content/con...9555&pagenum=1

"Se estima que unos 540 mil indocumentados con orden de deportación no podrán beneficiarse de la reforma migratoria bajo ningún caso, y por ende todos aquellos extranjeros que son tener una orden de deportación vigente tengan antecedentes criminales."

English:
An estimated 540 thousand illegal immigrants with deportation order can not benefit from immigration reform under any circumstances, and hence all those foreigners who are having a deportation order in force have criminal records.

what about the ones that are under the "color of law"... who have had their court date and been denied and are in appeals, that have not become fugitives (absconded) and are fighting their case though legal channels.?

were does Uni-vision get that information from?...

damn they would not include a small portion (500,000) of undocumented immigrants whom already chose to apply for something legally, for people who at least the government has known of their whereabouts all along??...

this country lacks logic...

idk what you are talking about... visa over-stayers also come from Latin America, others include people from third world countries that are seeking refugee in this country. why are you calling them greedy?... final removal orders also come for people who sneaked across the border and were apprehended; Thus been in-front of a judge and ordered removed and ultimately receiving a 10 year ban.

The Korean-Americans were the first to come up with Dream Act 9 years ago. They shared stories of Dreamers whose parents came legally and they came with them as children.

do your hw

stfu i never chose to overstay. i came here when i was 14 on a tourist visa and was told by my parents that we will go back in 2 months only to be pulled a a fast one "this is our home now." I begged them to reconsider and im 23 now and my life should have been much better.

KindaWant, you are an idiot, you are a waste of space, food, and oxygen that are limited in this world. I could be saying more mean/harsh things to you but i don't want to offend anyone, other than you of course.
