As I Know, even if the dream act does pass, it doesnt force states to give

in-state tuition...is this true?

Georgia is a strong anti-immigration state and both of our senators are against

the Dream Act. So...is there a chance that Dream Act beneficiaries in GA will

not be eligible for in-state tuition? what about Hope Scholarship?

Well, if the dream act does go through, you will receive your documentation (green card), and thus, be eligible for instate tuition and financial aid.

Yeah, if DA passes, it's not like states will have to change their laws. State laws will probably stay the same. If you are eligible for DA, then you'll just be legalized and won't have to worry about anti-illegal immigration laws anymore.
