whats up with complainers?

I log in after a long time and all i see is complaining and complaining..

I know things suck but just spending time crying about your life will not make it any better.

Yeah I agree. Things are stalled and most people just take this time to b---h and whine about their lives, instead of looking for a way out. I usually just ignore those threads though, it's not only depressing to hear people complain, it can also get irritating.

I understand that we are all in a big pickle. Shit, our situation sucks balls and it is often difficult to face. Nevertheless, we are unbelievably fortunate relative to the majority of the people in the planet. I don't get how people don't see that. Some of us are going to amazing universities and community colleges. Others are working, and have a roof over their head, and a meal to look forward to. Overall, our lives are quite good. I'm sorry for saying that but that is the truth. Eventually, we will get our documentation and we will have the ability to pursuit our ultimate goals.

Don't get me wrong. I don't mind people coming up in here and letting us know that they are having a difficult time and talk to us about their situation so that we can help them with information and sympathy. However, I cannot stand the whining by those who decide to be victimized or be defined by the lack of documentation. Then again, I guess it is the "emo era" lol

Here is the cure... "GET LAID PEOPLE." Getting laid will release a shit load of feel good neurotransmitters making you feel like you just won a million bucks. Try it!

Simple, you don't like what people have to say, then don't read their stuff or just ignore it. And listen to Drvenom and get laid once in a while so you yourself will stop your whining.

sorry guys, but i don't think people come here to "complain" exactly.. some might, but not everyone. i know for me personally, it is the ONLY place i can fully be open about what i'm feeling regarding all my frustration with my status. reading all the stories here has helped me feel more motivated instead of sad and hopeless.
i guess we will always get a bit of everything. people that complain too much and those that just want to be done with life and then a few positive motivators.
but i agree with the last two posts... it's a friday night. party or get laid. even better, do both!

I party (I live in Vegas), I live my life to the max, but sometimes there are times were life gets difficult and even the strongest of minds fall.

So like i said ima keep expressing my feelings, you can COMPLAIN about it or like i said cry me a river, build a bridge on the river, and get F over it.
