I saw the link to this at an opposing sources site (alipac) and just gave me a wtf moment when I read Sen. Hatch's comments. Any insight to this ?

I posted this in another thread, but Hatch has always been just as bad as sessions and company when it comes to CIR.

Ironically Hatch has been a Co-Sponsor of the Dream Act every year its been introduced but have we lost his support since he hasn't sponsored yet?

Actually Orrin Hatch did a lot more than cosponsor the DA every year. He was the one who actually came up with and finally proposed the idea back in 2000(?). However, if you check this guy on ontheissues.org you can clearly see that this guys views changed once he realized that most of his constituents in Utah were against immigration. Pre 2005 he was pretty much in favor of immigration.
