This thing is really old, I plan to release a better one soon.

Hello, i am a High School Junior and have been searching for colleges that over-achieving and low income undocumented students can apply to. I made a list of schools that provide aid to international students since that is what most private institutions consider us. According to their websites, these schools provide at least 3/4 aid, offer a handful of full-aid scholarships, or meet all of demonstrated need to internationals.

Amherst College
Bowdoin College
Brown University - FULL
Carleton College
Cornell University
Dartmouth College - FULL
Emory University
Haverford College
Macalaster College
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) - FULL
Middlebury College - FULL
Notre Dame University (Catholic)
Oberlin College
Pomona College
Princeton University - FULL
Stanford University - FULL
Swarthmore College - FULL
Trinity College
Tulane University - FULL
University of Pennsylvania - FULL
Vassar College
Washington & Lee University
Wellesley College (Women)
Wesleyan University
Williams College
Yale University - FULL

Schools that denied me via email
John Hopkins University
Vanderbilt University

NOTE:
FULL = meets full demonstrated need of internationals according to admissions officer

I emailed about 10 and most of them said it is possible for undocumented students to attend and receive enough aid. I will email the rest very soon to see what they say. If you know of any schools to add or if you think i should remove a school from the list then please tell me. I hope that this list is helpful to some of you out there. Its tough but you never know where you can go till you try.

Cornell University recently changed their policies to give more aid to international students. Before, they used to favor Canadian and Mexican citizens, but now they are trying to divide the funds more to provide help for more international applicants. I'm not too sure if they are going to start giving out FULL rides to more internationals, though.

Yes, the ones i put FULL next to i have contacted. The admissions officers told me that i wouldnt have to worry about cost despite my 35,000 income. Most of them said that "if you are admitted, we guarantee to meet 100% of your family's need".

I will contact the rest very soon and update the list as i get more information. Most of these schools however are the best in the nation so im sure they have money to help any student despite their circumstances. I will let you know how it goes.

Do we need to fill out FAFSA in order to qualify for that? Thank you.

MIT as well. I am a freshman at MIT. Full scholarship to me as dreamer.

EDITED:

Just to explain the reason: MIT does eliminate tuition for low-income families. Just like Cornell, they don't care where you from (except for International applicants, meaning from foreign lands)

Well, most colleges require you fill out the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE Application. You can find this on the collegeboard website. To qualify, you just need to show that you are low-income on the PROFILE which is basically like the FAFSA but more in-depth. However always make sure to check out their website under FIN-AID for Internationals as they sometimes have specific instructions.

Sure, please feel free to PM me.

FAFSA will give colleges and government a score. This score will determine the amount that you qualify to receive. It is not a guarantee, however. Don't worry, no one will go after you because you don't provide your SSN / status. The Pell grants and other kinds of government financial aid packages are in serious debt. Do it as soon as possible (for applicants).
