Hello
I have a younger brother, he is 14 years old he is undocumented and he wants to play soccer in his middle school's soccer team. However they asked us to provide proof that he is insured. We live in California.
Does any of you know whether he qualifies for Medi-Cal or any other type of insurance?

Thanks for the link. I went over the application and it says that "you may qualify, even if you don't have a social security" but it doesn't give you any further information.
Also the "Find out if you qualify" section is not specific at all. I guess I am going to have to call and speak to someone who works there.
