I had enough. 12 years under the shadows. Even if it takes me two or more years I don't care I just can no longer wait for the Dream Act because I've waiting for it since 2003. My hopes for it or the immigration reform are long gone. I don't know what I will do in Mexico or how I am going to get money to live but I know that I am capable of getting a good job for speaking English and Spanish and a long history of sales experience. I did the math, it would be cheaper to pay for my visa than to pay for out of state tuition. My boyfriend a USC will sponsor me as a fiance and well I hope it doesn't take a long time but I read a lot on what possibilities I have on getting my visa in one year and they are enough for me to take the risk.

I plan on leaving May 1st via airplane. Wish me good luck guys!

I wish you the best of luck!

However, I was wondering would the 10 year ban apply? Regardless if your boyfriend tries to petition you as a fiance?
