If you visit the site, it is a call center. You don't call other people to sell anything. Simply, they call you for customer service issues or people who are interested in purchasing their services.

I had a cousin working there and he got started as a telemarketer. He studied to become a sysadmin but just a few certs like CCNA, A+, and MCSE allowed him to get a position in the server rooms.

I found out they pay between $3,500-$10,000 pesos + a 20%-40% bonus per month. So unless you want to live a very low profile life in Mexico I don't think this is an option. The whole thing translates to some $12,000 dollars per year assuming you work full time and you get some kind of bonus salary.

Converting Mexican pesos to American dollars isn't helpful because the cost of living is different. A teacher, for example, can earn between 5,000 pesos and 15,000 pesos depending on her or his experience. In American dollars, that would be between 500-1,500 dollars a month. I have a cousin who is a lawyer and gets paid 10,000 pesos a month and she says she lives comfortably with that.
