Dose anyone know how to get an ITIN

arent you suppose to ask your mom these things. they always have the answer for anything to do with been illegal it seems

This is form W-7, which you have to file to get your ITIN:

You don't need to be working in order to get an ITIN. My parents got me one when I was underage and not working.

You can consult with a lawyer if you'd like, but filing for an ITIN won't get you in any trouble with USCIS or ICE and won't affect your immigration status. You can easily fill out the form and send in the required documents yourself.
