Who knows, they could still pull it off but they still haven't written a bill. All they've done is released an outline, but they managed to get Gutierrez to vote Yes on health care. We'll just have to see I guess, but then again if they don't get Republican support soon they won't bother.

I'm not even sure how to feel about this

Still, White House officials indicate the issue has fallen down their priority list, as they struggle to push health-care legislation through Congress. In Thursday's White House briefing, Obama press secretary Robert Gibbs said the administration's next two top priorities are financial regulatory reform and campaign finance legislation.
Says it all. I'm really doubting they'll pass anything until they do those two (and then some)

People keep your optimism high! We can take baby steps to pass reform. We can still win this, we need to show our support for reform this Sunday. I think the time is still present for reform even with Financial Regulatory Reform and Campagin Finance Legislation! Just keep ringing the phones!

It's time we start counting down the days if you ask me! doesn't mean we can sit on our asses and just watch what happens. In fact, this is where our work begins to contribute and spread the word of the importance of CIR!!

This is really nice! If only we could get Sen Cornyn on board.
