I'm planning in taking the bus from san antonio, TX to Las Vegas, NV soon.

I'm taking the route that doesn't pass through el paso, tx.

Do you guys think it's safe?

Not true. It depends on the route you take.

Wait I don't understand how can you fly at all without a green card and valid state ID?

I have a passport from the country of my origin is that all I need? (and a college ID)

Border Patrol and ICE go to Greyhound stops all the time. I've seen Border Patrol leaving the Greyhound station which is near my school more than once. (We are nowhere near the border so I don't see what business they have over here; but that's another matter.)

Look because of the Constitution, immigration cannot ask you for papers if you are in the Constitution free zone.

refer to that image.

If you are in the orange, ICE will be able to ask you for documentation.
