Talk to a business attorney... but there is something called "sole proprietorship" you should look into. My understanding is everything can be done legally with a TIN number.

I understand SP, LLC, LLPs etc..etc.., I just wanted to know which forms to fill out etc..etc.. from somebody in our shoes, who lacks a SSN, but i think I know what to do

look up EIN its in the IRS if you operate using your name you don't have to register to anyone, you are a sole proprietorship like someone above said. Except the IRS they want their share of your profits
