Starting a Business

Has anybody ever done this before? I need a little help, as far as the paper work needed to be filed, etc..etc..

Talk to a business attorney... but there is something called "sole proprietorship" you should look into. My understanding is everything can be done legally with a TIN number.

I understand SP, LLC, LLPs etc..etc.., I just wanted to know which forms to fill out etc..etc.. from somebody in our shoes, who lacks a SSN, but i think I know what to do

It all depends on the state and type of business.

look up EIN its in the IRS if you operate using your name you don't have to register to anyone, you are a sole proprietorship like someone above said. Except the IRS they want their share of your profits
