I love this website. However is a little difficult for new users to navigate.

Categories dont seem organized

I agree wholeheartedly and I would really appreciate somebody taking the time to suggest a better structure.

I've been trying to get around to working out a better information architecture, but other things keep taking priority.

I find it really clean to navigate around, but even better is the broad range of ideas that comes from the site... I love it!
