Can i apply for this?

I got understood that i must got here before my 16 b-day.. I got here when i was 15 and turn 16 6 months after.. can i still apply?? and also i am pursuing a bachelors degree.. I've been living here for 2 years straight without leaving.. that means i have 3 more years and a half to go right? can please explain me if im right??

You can't apply for something that hasn't passed.

To see if you qualify, check out the Resources section on the left panel under "Do I qualify?"

Be aware that it's pointless to wonder about this now because during the debate, amendments may be added that could change the requirements of the Act.

No. You must have been in the US for 5 years on the day Obama signs Dream Act. You will not qualify.

Yes. But you are out of luck if Dream Act passes this year.
