My dream, is that Dream Act passes.

My name Alex, I'm from Naucalpan de Juarez, Mexico (Very small town outside the federal district). Currently 16, arrived in the states at the age of 3.

My DREAM is to obtain a BS in History and join either the Army or the Navy as either a 68W (Health Care Specialist or "Medic" in the army) or as a FMF Corpsman ("Marine Medic" through the Navy since marines don't have medics of their own, FMF stands for Fleet Marine Force) in the navy. After my 5 year enlistment I will join with the National Guard (National Guard is a part time commitment, train 1 weekend a month, 2 weeks out of the year) and get my teaching license or try to get into med school to become a pediatrician. Once I have my citizenship get a Direct Commission as an officer in the National Guard (MD's qualify for Direct Commision) and be stationed overseas (if needed).

=P Whats great about all this is I have all the time in the world...

As long as the DREAM Act passes, that Dream, that future is now in the hands of politicians.

God, please help us all.
