Without reading, I think one of the main means to influence the vote is to call tomorrow before the vote.

I'd say "Peter Schrag" needs to take his opinion and shove it. He's not part of Congress, and tomorrow we will know.

Also, despite the fact that he says it won't pass (which I disagree with), I do like the way the article was written lol.

Anyway, only time will tell. Keep calling/faxing until the vote tomorrow.

I'm tired of negativity when this forum should feel energized because of tomorrow so I'm shutting down anything that has people trying to determine or guess tomorrows outcome in a negative light.

Well, at this point, we are all in and tomorrow we will find out whether our activism will bring any fruit. There are no regrets from my end and I'm sure from most of you here as well as we have made calls upon calls these past few days especially on Monday. I feel like this article is exaggerating and underestimating our hard work. Who should I listen to? This guy or the President of the United States who has promised to do anything and everything in his power to ensure passage of the DREAM Act. Tomorrow will be interesting...Looking forward to the coverage from CSPAN.
