Ok so Landrieu's Yay will cancel out Kirk's Nay, We got Lugar, Let's assume McCain and Hutchinson will be Nay, Lemieux more than likely nay, Snowe and Collins truly on the fence so who knows (could be our saviors), Brownback on the fence but something tells me probably Nay, the new democrat from West Virginia Manchin really conservative so I'm not sure, realistically how many votes do we have? Assuming all the Dems who voted Nay in September do so again.
Am I missing anyone?

Go to this page, you'll find the information that you need.

If you want, you could go through the list again to make sure that their stances are correctly stated

That list isn't accurate. I noticed that Senators who are simply maybe votes have been put down as solid yes votes.

Guys we really need Senator Murkowski's (Alaska) vote. She has not made a decision yet about DA and I think could swing either way.

Sen. Murkowski of Alaska

I saw her on CNN yesterday and she clearly stated she couldn't support the dream act in it's current form.

Then we have 56 Dems + Reid. Lugar and Bennet are YAY. So that makes it 59. We have couple others who are leaning towards a YAY. So we have 60+.
