I'm leaving tomorrow to get my license. My question is.. is there any DMV in Wa that DOES NOT require proof of residency? I know that they require it now if you don't have SSN but there are always exceptions. Any tips that anyone can give me? Thanks. Any input is appreciated.

I know that but when the law changed in GA and you needed an SSN to get your license, for a couple months after the law passed you could go to small towns and sometimes they would ignore the SSN requirement but only right after the law changed.
Idk what city I'm going to. I'm going with my dad and his taking care of everything.

DOL. Department of licensing. Kennewick is very busy and the testers are assholes. Go to a smaller one.
