What if I haven't graduated? My senior year....Turning 18 soon, I'm pretty sure we won't be able to apply for anything until we graduate from high school ..

I don't know, I think I read somewhere that you can apply your senior year of HS. Don't take my word on it, though. Someone who has researched it more than me should tell you.

Well, even if you couldn't apply for it during high school (although, i read a part that pretty much said any 12 and up could apply as long as he was going full time to primary or hs school, and that hed be able to work when he turned 16 if the states he/she lives in allows 16 yo tweens to work), you won't have it as bad because you'd go to school right away and have a driver's, etc right away, compared to what some of us went through after finishing high school! so turn that frown upside down. AND KEEP WHORING OUT THE DA, call call call.

Don't we get a "conditional non-immigrant" status for 10 years? Sorry if it seems to ask the same thing as the OP, but since almost everyone who gave an answer is a junior member, I thought someone more familiar with the new version of the DA would be able to answer. Even with that conditional status, we can work and drive right?
