Bennett said he will vote No.

Hatch is a No because she likes the original bill. We need to bring back the original.

I feel for you, honestly. However, deal with the fact that whether DREAM passes the Senate tomorrow or not, the age cap will NEVER be lifted for future bills. It will be lowered before it is ever even considered to be lifted. You can be bitter and against the current bill all you want, but be assured you will have to find other means of legalization. Don't pull the, "I am an original DREAMer, I have been fighting for this since the beginning" because so have I.

Two months ago, Utah Sen. Bob Bennett said he would support the DREAM Act as long as it wasn’t attached to other legislation, but on Wednesday, he said he will vote against ending the debate because the Senate has yet to take action on the budget or expiring tax cuts.
