Hello, everyone my name is Nick and have been in the US since I was 1 year old. I am now 22.

I have a Class B misdemeanor that i got for possession of marijuana last year. Will this affect me on applying for the dream act?

I think for certain categories of misdemeanors, it's up to the Homeland Sec. to decide. But stop being a worthless pothead and stop hurting yourself in so many ways like this.
