If you pass the written test then they should give a temp license on paper.

Hey, when you get your DL, can you please post a "how to get your DL in Washington"? Please I believe my dads ends in 2011 from Texas...Thanks in advance.

You mean his TX DL expires in 2011?

Yes, and since he doesn't have a SSN, he can't apply for one anymore.

Go on craiglist and put an add that you need to rent a car to take your dl test ...when you are about to take your test all they ask for is for your id and proof of liability insurance so make sure that person you rent the car from has insurance oh and make sure is taillights are working perfectly
