Which other states give out DL (Other than WA)?

I'm looking for states that would give out driver's licenses to undocumented. I'm planning on doing a masters and of course AZ is not a good place to continue my studies. I know WA gives out DL to undocumented but I don't think they are good in my state anyways. Also I would be willing to wait to become a resident in order to study in the state (that is if I get a DL from there).

I have a degree from the school of Social and Behavioral Sciences from the U of A. So I'd be willing to work to save some money for school before I start my masters.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Well accroding to the HISPANIC gov New Mexico will not be giving them out much longer...who says all HISPANICS support us the undocumented??

The new governor of NM is trying to revoke all the issued licenses to undocumented people.
I want to cry because my license is from NM.
I had to literally move there for 4 months to get a license. Wasted time, money, and had to skip college this year to get a DL and now I find out it could be revoked any time next year.

Fuck my life.

hopefully, she will not success. i will go to washington states to apply my DL on Jan 2011, hope everything is smooth..

let me ask you one question, if these states are not complying with real id act, then you will not be able to board plane with these licences. Correct me if I'm wrong!!

I think NM will comply on May 1, 2011. check their website.

Good luck on your trip to Washington. I recently got a Wash. DL in the summer... it helps a lot if you know people who live there. It helps a whole lot.

I can only hope she will not succeed. First the DA failed and now I find out my DL can be revoked. She will more than likely succeed because that's her top priority as soon as she steps in the office. Revoking illegal immigrants' DLs was her campaign promise and she won using that. Her opponent supported stopping further illegals from getting DLs but she didn't support revoking the issued DLs and she lost.

I am not hoping for anything now, because lately I have only faced disappointment.
Even if my DL is revoked, I am still going to use it to drive. I don't give a shit anymore.
