I came across this article while searching for news. There are haters reading the DA forum. Some of you post very personal information, be careful.

Did the DREAM Act not go your way? Are you looking to skirt the law? Then head to the DREAM Act Portal. DAP is an immigration advocacy website that not only encourages political activism, but the forum actually details how to get a fraudulent Social Security card.

But that’s not all they also dole out advice regarding employers who won’t look at the actual Social Security card and where to buy a fake one in Los Angeles.

Now that the DREAM Act is dead, those in the country illegally are busy assisting others with the do’s and don’ts of job hunting without a real Social Security card.

Here are samplings of the posts found at DAP;

“Originally posted by bonescones if you came through a visa it is likely that you will have a valid social security number, only problem is that it is stamped "not valid for employment." so if your employer wants to see the actual card, this could be a problem .If they only ask for the number, you may be able to get by. If they use e-verify, I’m not sure what would happen.

eeww...say no to dirty blondes. Unless they have a big ass or fake tits.

PS: I'm pretty sure most of us are fed up to the point we don't give a fuck and bite our tongue. We've done that and it got us no mercy. So I say fuck it, we're leaving this dump anyways.

It's not like were going to change their opinions.. Just let them hate they'll grow tired of it eventually.

Heck we don't even have the DREAM Act anymore! DAP is way better off being a useful resource to dreamers than being an utter waste.

And yes, Dvorak we also have WMD in our garages. quote me on that too please.

What would be useful would be to have a separate section for the DA and for personal issues regarding Dreamers. That way, the categories (separate sections) would allow for less confusion.

The sections for personal issues that are controversial (like jobs, driver’s licenses, identification etc.) can adjusted so that they are visible only to members. That is what I would do.

It would make the forums look a lot cleaner; it seems that people keep posting personal issues on the DREAM news/discussions sections.

I 2nd this....but i can't support it since it's not in the ''suggestions'' section. Nick....''gray area section'' of Dream perhaps?

Private messages remain the safest bet, what stops anyone from signing up for a membership once that person realizes the subject of discussion and decides to fish for information?

I'd have to agree with Hardin, I don't see the best way for avoiding that it occurs. People that oppose the act would join on here just for the sake of pissing us off. Anyhow, it would be fun to flame them, and then eventually they will get banned since they'll eventually realize that they don't belong here and fit in with the community.
