I have no money, no insurance, no job, and a dreamer like mostly everyone here. I cant remember the last time i went to go see a doctor, since like 5 years or so. Can I just walk in to a hospital and say i have a lump in my left nad? Its been over a year with this lump and at times feel some discomfort and some pain.

what should i do?
will i get treatment?
will i get denied because i have no money, illegal immigrant? i at least have an ssn with a no valid for employment and a college id, thats about it.

im 20 yr old by the way.

1- Hopefully its not cancer
2- Just go see a family doctor first before jumping to conclusions. They can prescribe you antibiotics to see if its just an infection that will go away. A checkup should cost anywhere from 50-100 dollars. It isn't a lot if you think about it.
3- If you are enrolled in college you paid for mandatory health fee. Go visit your school's health office. They will be able to look at it and maybe prescribe antibiotics.

Its been over a year, what the fuck is wrong with you? just go to the ER and say you've had this "LUMP" and thats its suddenly giving you more pain than usual, the rest should work out on its on. If its serious they have to treat you on the spot, if its not so serious you will get mostly outpatient procedures. Been there/done that.

It could be a cyst or an inflamed lymph node many things that arent cancer, are the borders of the lump irregular jagged borders or are they smooth? is the lump a different color from you skin tone? does it hurt consistently or at certain times? is it getting bigger?

What state are you in?

GO. NOW. Hopefully it isn't cancer, but go and don't keep waiting. It's better to be safe than sorry. A friend of my mom's had a lump that went away and would come back every few months. After about 3 years she finally went and got it checked to find out that it was cancer and it had already spread pretty much all over her body. Right now she's battling it and she is receiving help.

You better get that shit checked out. I had cancer when I was 16 and it sucked cus I had no idea until I went for a checkup my mom scheduled for me. It can get expensive, that's true but it's better than losing a hand or whatever organ it is. Take care of yourself. There are ways to get reduced bills and payment plans.

I had testicular cancer when i was 15 they removed one of my testicles and now everything is OK.

You have to get it removed before it spreads to your other testicle and into the rest of your body. You might have to do some chemo.(i didn't) If you are then save some sperm for when you want to have a kid.

You can still have Children with one Testicle. Just as long the testicle is not damaged.

When you're on a date let her know in advance that you got one nad due to cancer. Some care some don't. You should also seek counseling, loosing a nad is a traumatic experience!!!

I hope it all works out for you!!!!
