Hey guys, the more I think about it, the more I think the plan might work, but I need ya'lls opinion. I'm 17 so I could still leave without getting a ban. What I was thinking is if what if I go back to Mexico, enter a university, and then get on a studying abroad program to come back over here? Do you guys think it might work? I mean I'd be legal and I can get scholarships easy. What do you guys think?

It is very unlikely that U.S. will let you enter again.

I wish someone had told me about unlawful presence before I turned 18! My advice is to speak with a decent lawyer and find the best course of action to take

I believe you get a 3 year ban instead of 10 from what I remember, you can try doing more research about that since I'm not sure.

Really? Well I've been on this forum for some time and I've read that people before the age of 18 1/2 don't get bans. Now I'm not sure. Where could I research this?

Do a search on the forums (on the left column up top, under search). Also, if you accumulate any unlawful presence you get 3 years. After you turn 18 and a half, it's 10 years.
