DL Update

Hey guys, so I've been doing some research about the current requirements for a valid Drivers Licence.

I read a lot about Washington State, Utah, and New Mexico. But everything that I read was over a year old. What is the recent chances of getting a drivers licence in any of these states? What documents are required?

I'm quitting mine in a few days to move to WA :c lol

My best guess is that if there isn't any change on the website, there isn't any change pertaining to the contents on the website. Of course, it doesn't hurt to ask.
