ive recently checked Carl Shusterman's Facebook page and it says Cspa 9th circuit lawsuit will have its oral argument on July 15. no further details were given. but let see where this leads. crossed fingers!

well im guessing you have no idea what CSPA is and what the lawsuit is all about. this applies to those Dreamers who were derivative beneficiaries of a family petition but got left out due to aging out.

this lawsuit has been pending for awhile and having this kind of news is very important.

hopefully we finally get an answer about this and that it is positive. it is ridiculous how long it has taken.

I think its only us two that are relevant to this issue. Yea im hoping for a positive outcome for this.

But hey just out of topic, You did say that it takes 4 months for my parents to have their greencard. How come its taking awhile? i dnt know, it has been 4 months i think....
