I recommend opening a demo account and once you've become proficient for a couple of months then go on to a live account. I can recommend some books if you really are serious about this.
Im really serious about this, someone explain to me more about this and how it works

hey man....i actually started a thread about this like a month or 2 ago....i wanna do it seriously too...i started reading up on it....you have to know a lot aobut the market first....i was looking up tutorials and stuff...and some dude said you have to look at years of history on the business you wanna invest on....and you dont need an SSN...just a ITTIN...and i also was looking at etrade...but idk yet.

the only problem with investing in the stock market is that you gotta invest a lot of money if you want a decent profit...but im actually looking at investing on precious metals (gold, silver, etc.)...i also heard investing in real state is good...but what im gonna do is go back to school and change my major to finance...and invest in a large scale.
