Unfortunately, I'm not too familiar outside of Florida's state laws. Which, needless to say, suck for DREAMers.

Are there ANY states left where it's possible to get a license? I want to get married next year but obviously cannot do so without an I.D. I was reading New Mexico's DMV website and it says if you're not eligible for a SSN, you can bring an ITIN and a copy of your translated birth certificate. Is this true? I just couldn't fathom any state still doling them out. When you live in Florida with the strict rules, you think the rest of the U.S. is the same.

Thanks in advance!

Hmm, you should be able to do this with your passport.
