I have never been stopped in over 8 years, but If I ever do. What should I do? What are my rights?

I was pulled about 2 years ago and I had (well, I still have it) a DL from my home country. I...pulled the "I don't speak English" card (keep in mind that the cop was hispanic so I sort of knew he'd know Spanish), I told him I was visiting my father (the car, insurance, etc. is all under my dad's name), and he let me go (no questions, no ticket). Yes, I was scared as fuck, and yes, I was lucky.

If you are stopped, say you don't have a license. If you lie you willpiss them off. Then they will tow your car and charge you a grand or so to get it back.
