When are you coming and do you want to live downtown or are you looking for the suburbs?

I am also looking to move and any info would be greatly appreciated! I've recently started to research the cost and different things, do you guys thing it would be best to look for a place through a realtor or should i just make the trip out and look for places on my own?

For any apartment shopping, making a trip would always be a better option.

If you are thinking about getting a fast job to get settle I recommend living close to downtown. Beacon hill is a good place, cheap and with good public transport.

Another thing I would look for houses that rent one room. When I move here my roommates where really helpful and they keep me positive.

I may be looking for roommates in Tacoma if it helps anyone. I would not move to Tacoma until next year.

Seattle is the most beautiful place I have seen. I actually am thinking of moving there - ironically once my paperwork gets straightened out lol. Not sure how the job situation is if you don't work for Google or Starbucks.
