That feel when you found out your parents lost your I-94

What is that for?

Your legal entry paper with a departure date, you're suppose to show at the airport when you try to leave the USA.

More importantly, do you still have that passport or remember your A-number?

Yeah I still have my passport.. A-number?

I-94 is that little paper that has a hand writing right? Man I was going to throw that away earlier ! haha.

I think that there is a way for you to find it on the uscis website.

A-number = Alien registration number. It's how the government keeps track of aliens (or is supposed to). You have your passport, which--as long as it has the stamp--will should suffice for adjustment purposes. You might also be able to get a replacement I-94, though it'll cost something around $400 (according to someone else on this forum) and I don't know if it'll be possible without knowing your A-number.
