ab 130

i know it doesnt come into effect untill july 2012, but how exactly is ab 130 suppose to work? i know that it would allow us to get scholarships that require SSN but to get around that how are we suppose to do it or is the school suppose to assign us some sort of substitute number in order to access them?

CB124: No, AB130 is not up for referendum.

The petition by Donnelly is only for AB131.

The AB130 would be in effect after Jan. 1 2012, not July.

I believe that the CCC, CSU and UC will have a separate form for private scholarships, I may be wrong though.
