Guys,what are the chances if DA is brought up early next year, there are some unconfirmed reports that Senator Durbin is trying to bring Dream Act back to vote, What do you guys think???????All kind of realistic opinions are welcome....

i truly believe that it will be difficult, dems have a slight majority in the senate and the house, well that's a whole different story. I don't think there will be legislative action on behalf of cir/da, if anything more along the lines of executive action if any...just my 2 cents

Maybe, Durbin should try to push for the Red Card idea for Dreamers. Durbin should try something else.

I say the chances are 100% that it is brought up early next year due to the news that we are hearing. The passing of Luna has a big impact. Obama will definitely get re-elected easily with CIR and/or DA passage.

Gingrich supports it and he is leading in the polls.

There were talks bout E-Verify with Dream Act. GOP's would not win election without this so they have no choice but to pass DA.
