Obama might gets re-elected, we are seeing lower unemployment rate and our economy is recovering.

So, let's say if Obama gets reelected. Will Dream Act Pass(Original Version)

Yes, Democracts will have hell to pay if no form of immigration bill gets passed after a second term and the ARMS Act is too little and too flawed to withstand attacks. If he can pass the Healthcare Reform he can pass the DA with no problem even with a loss in the senate.

The real question is. HOW IS HE GOING TO ATTEMPT TO PASS IT? Seriously, can someone knowledgeable in the Consitution please weigh in on this? He is not going to have the 60 votes in the Senate and most likely no House majority as well? So HOW do we pass this damn bill? Any executive loopholes that would permit him to do so? He's definitely winning. I don't see this clown Romney doing any damage.

Of course. Obama is our best chance at CIR/DA. Also, I think Democrats will take back the House and add more seats in the Senate. I see a repeat of 2008 clean sweep.

They would have to pass the original 2001 version because it has been 11 years and lot of Dreamers would be left out.

You do know that we have an election this November and Democrats have total momentum right now. This means we take back the House and add more seats in Senate.

DA User, I know you're very optimistic about things; too much of a good thing most of the time. But I feel like your optimism is a burden sometimes.
