Supposedly earlier today on Telemundo, Joe Biden was interviewed and he talked about the dream act and said 'He said they believe they will be able to pass the Dream Act before the elections , and he spoke about this Florida girl that came here when she was 4 '

I didn't hear him say that he thinks the DA will pass before the elections. He criticized the GOP for not doing the right thing.

yeah i didnt watch it, but thats what someone told me who watched it. im not believing it either because , Reps control the house, and we dont have 60 in the senate, i was just wondering if anyone watched the interview and know what he said.

Won't pass. not even in 2013 under an Obama administration. I think eventually we will see some form of implementation of the Roxana Bacon memo. There will be mass registration, deferred action etc. US government is not capable of passing any meaningful immigration reform. They don't give a rat's a$$ about what's good for the country. "Next Election" is always the priority.
