I wonder if I'm the only Dreamer who is pissed about this. Here we are wondering whether we're going to get arrested if we're pulled over just by being here, how we're going to go to college or if we already found a way to go to college whether it will come back to haunt us, how we can find a job to feed our self, and how our lives are wasting away because we don't have legal status through no fault of our own; and then there is this guy.

Edwardo came here easily, went to the best university in the country (possibly the world), lucked out by being friends with Zuckerberg (see the Social Network for details of how lucky this guy was), became a millionaire, and just when it looks like he's going to be a billionaire and pay taxes after the earnings he made in this country, he gives away his US citizenship.

I hope they don't even give him a visa to come back here.

when you have a billion dollars, the concept of US citizenship becomes obsolete.

it's simply meaningless to care about a citizenship, regardless of what country.

i mean, if one of us had a $billion, which idiot would stay undocumented in US lol..

Am the only one who finds it retarded that an USC living abroad must still pay taxes in US?

I understand your frustration. I get super pissed off when I see lazy USC gang members or bums on the street.

He could easily get a Visa back to USA with his money and Facebook co-founder status.

It's his decision and he has every right as an adult to make the decision about his US Citizenship that he did. There is no need to begrudge another person because you think that he has had an "easier" life than Dreamers. I'm also sure the US will grant him a visa if he applies for one.

Yeah just last night I was going in our downtown to take some pictures of a street event and this dude in his late 20's or 30's comes to me and starts off with "Can I ask you something man? Don't worry I'm not asking for money"...

Of course he was asking for money...just wanted me to buy him something. And the dude was taller than me and in much better shape. I told him I couldn't help him and he got all pissy and said that's why he doesn't go to church.

Anyway, yeah it's a bit frustrating, but on the bright side, I'm still doing better than him so yeah.

I think this whole story has 3 groups of people angry:

Teabaggers: See, we're taxing our rich people to hell! They're all going to leave!
Military families: My son was putting his life at risk so this jackass can repay this country by moving out?
Dreamers: He gave away his citizenship?? I'll take it!
