He says his bill will give "Some of them, the ones who qualify the opportunity to get right". This bill is going to be really strict lol.

If this bill passes, he mentioned we will have to pay out-of-state tuition which is a lot more than in-state tuition.
Shit, I gotta get my college done hurry.

What about CA and TX? I know F-1 students have to pay international so a Dreamer's non-immigrant would HAVE to pay out of state or could fall out of status by paying in-tuition?

Community college is cheaper though. Perhaps a loan?

I know man, I'm worried about that. I'm starting UNT pretty soon, but what about states that already have in-state tution? Are they going to be excluded from that?

Most of us have to pay out-of-state tuition anyway. We don't need government aid; we are dreamers! We make it through regardless.

Things must be heating up since he's taking the time to address this on video. Rubio will probably introduce the bill in the next two weeks or three. This was kind of a public service announcement to all his followers.
